Being a chef on board a Superyacht can be one of the most amazing jobs, cooking for the elite with hardly any budget? We suggest you get your Superyacht Chef Training done and gain confidence as well as experience by working with some of the world’s most extraordinary chefs to one day run your own Galley! Who knows, you might be ready from the get-go and run your own show! These courses are designed to train you to perfection, whilst gaining valuable experience.

Intro Course

This is for the up-comer with no prior culinary experience, and also necessary to prepare yourself for the next phase of training.

This 4-day course is an intense induction program that teaches you everything you need to know about preparing yourself to work in a fast-paced and professional cooking environment. Being able to manage yourself in the kitchen, knife skills, classic recipes, and cooking techniques are the main focus.

Culinary Course

Good galley chefs are in great demand on board merchant ships and superyachts. Here you will be exposed to some of the world’s more exciting and interesting cuisines, providing you with a chance to expand your horizons and become a genuine galley cook. You’ll learn to prepare meals of different cultures in a confined space, using minimal utensils and a few key ingredients.

A Superyacht Chef Qualification is ideal for anyone working in the catering and hospitality industry (or those about to start work within the Yachting industry).
